报告题目：Some applications of graph theory in Coding Technology

报告摘要：The innovation of channel coding technology has promoted the upgrading of mobile communication, and mathematics has played an important role in the study of channel coding. In this talk, I will introduce some applications of graph theory in coding technology and will show 1) how to improve the Gilbert-Varshamov bound which is a fundamental problem in coding theory and 2) how to eliminate dominant elementary trapping sets which is a pivotal issue to improve the error floor behavior in designing LDPC codes.
